This proposition is only on your ballot if you live in the defined area of the district. The Jefferson Place/Bocage District specifically charges a $500 service charge per year for all lots in the district.
Renews theJefferson Place/Bocage District for another 10 years, 2022-2031. This will collect $500 per year for each property in the district. An estimated $190,000 will be collected by this charge from the entire district. These funds will be spent on extra security and beautification projects within the district.
The Jefferson Place/Bocage Crime Prevention and Improvement District is not renewed. Funding from this tax’s service charge is no longer available for the area’s extra security and beautification projects.
